Alex Pike, a Registered Nurse with over 19 years of extensive experience works from both her clinic in Melbourne, Victoria and in Albury, New South Wales.

Alex was honoured as Plastic Surgery Hub Australia’s Most Favourite Injector Victoria in 2018. Her expertise is highly sought after in Melbourne, Victoria, and rural NSW. Renowned for her technical precision and keen eye for natural modern beauty, Alex consistently delivers exceptional results.

With a background as a former model with Chadwicks, Alex possesses first hand understanding of the beauty industry and significance of attaining one’s optimal appearance and its impact on both personal and professional spheres.

Joining Internationally Renowned Plastic Surgeon Dr. Bryan Mendelson in 2005 marked a pivotal moment in Alex’s career, enriching her skills with clinical experience in Plastic Surgery Nursing.

In 2011, Alex established Face Clinic in Albury, NSW, followed by the launch of Delete Medical Laser Treatment with The Doctors of Lavington in 2014. Through these ventures, she has brought her wealth of experience, unwavering passion, and a profound commitment to patient care to her esteemed clientele.

In 2021, Alex unveiled her bespoke Wellness program, Inside Out Beauty. This program is meticulously designed to incorporate easy-to-implement daily habits and practices that empower women to elevate their beauty while simultaneously boosting their energy levels and nurturing a positive mindset. Through personalized coaching, Alex assists women across the globe in their journey to unlock their inner potential and embody their most vibrant selves.

In 2023, Alex launched and hosts The Face Podcast presenting engaging interviews with renowned Plastic Surgeons worldwide. The aim is to educate listeners about the most recent trends, innovative procedures, and groundbreaking techniques within the aesthetic industry.

Bel is a highly regarded Senior Dermal Clinician with over 15 years of experience in advanced skin health and dermal therapies She is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while achieving natural, refined results through evidence-based treatment.

Bel holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cosmetic Dermal Science from the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS). She is currently completing a Master of Nursing Practice, reflecting her ongoing commitment to clinical excellence and continuous professional development.

Throughout her career, Bel has worked alongside leading cosmetic physicians, cosmetic nurses and specialist plastic surgeons, gaining extensive experience in advanced laser technologies, skin rejuvenation and comprehensive treatment planning. Her collaborative approach ensures every patient receives thoughtful, individualised care tailored to their unique skin concerns and aesthetic goals.

With a particular passion for laser therapies, Bel specialises in improving skin health, restoring skin quality and creating personalised treatment programs using a multimodal approach. She believes the most beautiful outcomes come from combining advanced technology, medical-grade skincare and patient education to achieve healthy, confident skin that looks naturally refreshed.

Known for her gentle manner and meticulous attention to detail, Bel is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, supported and empowered throughout their treatment journey. Outside the clinic, Bel enjoys leading an active and healthy lifestyle and is a proud mother of two daughters. Hudson and Spencer are part of the administration team at Face by Alex Pike and they Alex’s sons.They are both studying at Melbourne University.
